The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying that the Scrutiny Committee be directed to decide her caste claim. The petitioner is pursuing her college education and she claimed that she belongs to "Kirad" Nomadic Tribe (B).

It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions that on 18.09.2019, the Scrutiny Committee has issued Validity Certificate to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Needless to state that the petitioner is entitled to continue her education as being admitted in the seat reserved for "Kirad" Nomadic Tribes (B).

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
