We have heard the counsel for the parties.

We deem it appropriate to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 22/11/2023 issued by respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Akola as according us the reasons stated therein appears to be not germane to the cause which has been decided.

We deem it appropriate to direct the petitioners to appear before respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Akola on 19/03/2024 with the entire record including staffing pattern proposal, approval for grant of transfers etc.

Respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Akola shall decide the matter afresh within a period of six weeks from 19/03/2024.

Order accordingly. The writ petition is partly allowed in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
