Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has undergone the sentence imposed on him and the report dated 20.7.2015 shows that he was released from jail on 1.11.2006. Mr Jaiswal states that he does not want to challenge the conviction in view of the above events.

Criminal Appeal No. 663/2003 is therefore dismissed as infructuous.
