The learned counsel for the respondents have raised the preliminary objection to the tenability of the writ petition. It is stated that the petitioner has rushed to this Court without availing the alternate remedy of filing an original application before the Maharashtra Administration Tribunal.
By upholding the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondents, we decline to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
