The application though styled as 'Speaking to Minutes', is for correcting name of petitioner no.10. In memo of Writ Petition, name appears as "Kamal". According to the applicant, it is "Komal".

We therefore, accept the application as one seeking leave to amend the Writ petition by correcting description of petitioner no.10.

As Shri Gaikwad and Shri Naik, learned

Order 3110caw2814.18 Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2, fairly give no objection, and correction appears to be formal in nature, it is allowed. Necessary amendment in petition be carried out immediately. After amendment in petition, that amendment be also carried out in judgment delivered on 10.10.2018.
