Perused the application. There is a delay of 379 days caused in filing the first appeal.

The applicant/appellant has filed appeal for enhancement of compensation. The applicant/appellant, therefore, is not entitled for interest for the delayed period. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in filing the first appeal is condoned. However, the applicant will not be entitled for the interest, in case the appeal is allowed.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
