Considering the fact that the challenge in this petition is to the order passed by the subordinate Courts disqualifying the petitioners from continuing as member and Sarpanch of Grampanchayat and that the petitioner No.2 continues in office on the strength of the interim order passed by this Court, and the tenure of the Grampanchayat is till April 2019, the prayer for early hearing of the petition is granted. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
