2) The petitioner claims to be an employee of the respondent Zilla Parishad, working in the capacity of Assistant Teacher, appointed on 30/06/1998.

3) According to him, he is entitled for the benefit of accelerated pay for which he has made representations dated 16/03/2020, 18/01/2021, 30/02/2021 and 08/06/2021 to the respondent No.1, the same are not decided till this date. 4) In the aforestated fact, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with direction to Zilla Parishad.

5) Accordingly, the Competent Authority under the Chief Executive Officer to decide the representations within a period of three months and communicate the order to the petitioner.
