DATE : 16-01-2023 CAO No. 56/23 seeks condonation of 1068 days delay in filing the application for restoration of the petition which came to be dismissed in default by the order dated 27-01-20. Considering that most of the period was under the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that notices have not been issued in the petition, the delay is condoned.

MCA st No.558/23 seeks restoration of the writ petition by setting aside the order dated 27-01-20. Accepting the statement made at the bar that objections shall be removed within one week and the cots of Rs.1000 shall be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committaee, Nagpur, within one week, subject to precondition of pre-payment of costs. The receipt of the same shall be produced before the concerned clerk before the objections are to be removed, the application is allowed. Writ Petition shall stands restored.
