Heard Advocate Shri Phastate for the applicant and Shri Gangane, learned APP for the non-applicant/State. Learned Advocate Shri Phastate has submitted that other co-accused are released on bail. The applicant has not played active role. Therefore, he is entitled for bail. Learned APP has submitted that the applicant is the main brain for commission of murder of deceased. Therefore, he is not entitled for bail. Charge-sheet is filed before the trial Court. The applicant is main accused in the commission of crime.

Hence, application is rejected.
