01] By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 112 days in filing revision application under Chapter V Rule 6 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. 02] For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. Civil application stands disposed of. Misc. Civil Application St. No.508/2022 03] By order dated 25.02.2020, the Registrar (Judicial) has refused to register the appeal for want of payment of deficit court fee. 04] Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the deficit court fee will be paid within two weeks. In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 25.02.2020 is set aside. Appeal be registered upon payment of deficit court fee.
