The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant is ready to surrender either before the learned Magistrate or the Investigating Officer on or before 25th of February, 2015. She prays that the interim protection granted to the applicant be continued till 25th of February, 2015.

The learned A.P.P. opposes extension of the protection.

Considering the facts that the applicant was protected by this Court by order dated 14/01/2015 and he expressed desire to surrender before the authority, prayer for extension of the interim protection till 25th of February, 2015 is granted.

Needless to state that such protection expires on 25th of February, 2015 and there shall be no further protection to the applicant.
