The present application is filed against refusal of registration of the Second Appeal for want of certified copies. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the impugned order passed by the Registry of refusal of registration of Second Appeal (ST) No.4734/2021 is hereby set aside.

The application is allowed however subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

The applicant to furnish the certified copies within two days from today.

5.

The Registry is directed to register the Second Appeal on removal of the office objections and payment of the costs.
