Heard.

Perused the report. Complainant is aged about 17 years and five months. She lodged report against the accused when she was found pregnant. She kept mum for a considerable period. It appears that whatever incident took place was with her consent. Hence, the following order. In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) with one surety in the like amount on the following conditions.

The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses and shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

Observations made in this order shall not come in the way while deciding the case on merit.
