The applicants were arrested on 15.10.2019 in connection with Crime No.464/2019 registered with Police Station Mangrulpir, Dist. Washim for an offence punishable under Sections 325, 326, 447, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

First Information Report was lodged by Amol Thakare. As per her report, on 10.10.2019, when he and his uncle Nagorao and aunt Rekha and others were doing agriculture works, at about 01.00 p.m., co-accused Gajanan and present applicants came and applicant Jaydeep assaulted by means of axe on Nagorao's hand whereas applicant Pradeep assaulted by means of iron rod on both legs and left shoulder of Nagorao, resulting into injuries.

ba31..20.odt It is not disputed before this Court that the injured was discharged from hospital long back. Therefore, there is no chance that the present crime will be converted into graver one.

Since investigation is over and weapons are already seized and the applicants are not having any past criminal record, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant no.1-Jaydeep s/o Gajanan Thakare and applicant no.2-Pradeep s/o Gajanan Thakare be released on bail in connection with Crime No.464/2019 registered with Police Station Mangrulpir, Dist. Washim for an offence punishable under Sections 325, 326, 447, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on they executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one solvent surety each in the like amount.

(iii) The applicants shall attend Police Station Mangrulpir, Dist. Washim twice in a month i.e. on first and third Saturday of each month and shall be with the investigating officer from 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m., till culmination of the trial.

The application is disposed of.
