Heard Advocate Shri Jaltare for the applicant. Perused the report. Complainant is more than 18 years. From the perusal of report, the allegations made in the report are not believable. She was taken from village Asarali. She has stated that she was taken forcibly on a motorcycle and kept in a room tied with a chair. She could have raised hue and cry while taking her to Asarali from village Chintarvela. Looking to the allegation the applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, following order. [i] The application is allowed.

[ii] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount on following conditions.

[a] The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

[b] The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of

[c] The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

[d] Breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
