10th January, 2017 The appellant seeks extension of time in filing the private paper-book. It is stated that as records are still with the Reference Court, the application for certified copies has been made there; but the certified copies are yet to be received.

Though the application is opposed by the learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2, time to file the private-book is extended by a period of two months by way of last chance.

Civil Application is disposed of.
