By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the learned District and Additional Session Judge-1, Yavatmal to decide the Criminal Revision Application No.36 of 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he filed written submission, the matter is not disposed of by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Yavatmal.

After hearing learned counsel for petitioner to some extent, he seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned District and Additional Session Judge-1, Yavatmal requesting to dispose of his criminal revision application expeditiously.
