DATE : 19.1.2015 Heard Shri D.N. Kukday, the learned advocate for the appellant. None appears for the respondents.

For the reasons stated in the application, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount till 30 th January, 2015.

If the amount is deposited within the stipulated time, the interim order granted by this Court shall continue till the decision of the appeal. If the amount is deposited, it shall be invested in a fixed

2 caf78.15 deposit account in any nationalized bank initially for a period of three years, to be renewed every till the decision of the appeal. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to Court. The claimants are granted liberty to apply for withdrawal of the amount, if so advised.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
