Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. The petitioners have remedy under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the order of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate passed under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. We therefore dispose of this Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioners to avail such remedy. All questions are left open.
