By this application, appellants are seeking early hearing, though appeal is registered in 2019. The award of Railway Claims Tribunal is passed in the year 2018. The accident is occurred in the year 2015. The respondent has also no objection for the same. 2.

The learned Advocate for the appellants submitted that the appellants are the legal heirs of the deceased who died in the accident are going through financial crisis and amount is required for the medical treatment as well as for other expenses. Considering the grounds mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.
