Heard Shri S.S. Meshram, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Khan, learned A.P.P. for respondent nos.1 and 4 and Shri M.P. Kariya, learned Counsel for respondent no.3, for some time.

We find that the alleged contradictions or then defence of petitioner cannot be looked into at this stage to quash FIR.

Hence, without observing anything on the merits of the controversy, and as investigation is over, we permit respondent no.1 to file appropriate report before the trial Court within a period of three weeks from today, with previous intimation to the parties.

Interim orders granted by this Court to continue till then.

It is open to the petitioner to move appropriate application thereafter before the trial Court. If such application is moved, the same shall be looked into and decided uninfluenced by our orders, at the earliest.

Writ Petition is disposed of with above observations and directions. No costs.
