As the applicant is acquiring body and the presence of applicant being necessary for deciding the dispute involved between the parties, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted leave to file the appeal.

Application is disposed of finally.

Subject to condition of appellant depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period of 8 weeks from today, the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and award.

On failure of appellant to deposit the entire amount of compensation within the stipulated period, the

2206 CAF 3654-2016 2/2 order of stay shall stand automatically vacated without reference to this court.
