Liberty to the petitioner to apply for regularization of plot in question under the Maharashtra Guthewari Development (Regularisation, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001 and the structure built thereon under the allied laws governing the said issue. 4.

In case, such prayer is made by the petitioner before the competent authority, we direct the competent authority to take decision within a period of four weeks after the petitioner report compliance of entire procedure.
