Heard. Perused the application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is hereby condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur within a period of four weeks. Civil Application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that the applicants will not be entitled to claim interest from the date of the impugned judgment and award till today, if the appeal is allowed.
