The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.

Meanwhile, having considered the submission that there is also a report lodged by the applicant, on which no investigation has been made so far, until further orders, no charge-sheet shall be filed as against this applicant, although the investigation may go on, except for registration of an offence.
