Date : 27 th JANUARY, 2016 Advocate Uke with applicant no. 1 has tendered a pursis vide St. No. 295/16. Applicant no. 1 seeks leave to withdraw from Cri. Appln. No. 18/16. Other applicants in the application are her inlaws and husband and prayer is to quash and set aside F.I.R. No. 165/12.

Applicant no. 1 accepts that she has signed the pursis and is not desirous of obtaining reliefs in terms of prayer clause in Cri. Appln. No. 18/16.

In this situation, we grant applicant no. 1 leave to withdraw from the proceedings.

In view of this development, Advocate Bashir on behalf of husband and in-laws of applicant no. 1 states that the proceedings are rendered infructuous and other
