DATE : 13-09-2022 A Joint Pursis has been filed stating that the appeal has been settled outside the Court as the husband and wife are residing together since last one and half years and therefore the parties have decided to withdraw the cases against each other. The appellant, in this view of the matter, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the First Appeal.

Having perused the Pursis, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

a) The First Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. b) Let the amounts deposited in this Court pursuant to the interim orders in this appeal be withdrawn by respondent no.1. The learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that he has no objection to the said withdrawal.
