DATE : 23/01/2023 In furtherance of the order dated 09/01/2023, protecting the applicant from arrest in Crime No.277/2022, registered with Police Station Vasantnagar, District Yavatmal, it is informed that the applicant has reported to the Police Station as directed. In fact, the learned counsel for the applicant make a categorical statement that though the applicant was directed to report to the Police Station on every Thursday, she has been called to the Police Station on every day and she has accordingly reported.

Mr. Thakre, learned APP do not dispute the statement coming from the counsel for the applicant. On instructions. he make statement that KOLHE

In the wake of the above, the order dated 09/01/2023 is made absolute. Needless to state that the applicant shall continue to report to the Investigating Officer as and when called for and render her co-operation.
