DATE : 26.09.2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.1 to grant the custody of his children Sidhant and Vedant to the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 states, on instructions, that the custody of the children is handed over to the mother of the children.

Shri Radke, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has verified the aforesaid position and does not dispute the statement made on behalf of the respondent no.1.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
