The challenge is to the order dated 05.01.2022 rendered by the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) in appeal under Section 23 (2) of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act (Act) whereby the petitioner is denied the relief of ad-interim stay during the pendency of the revision.

It is common ground that the hearing of the revision is fixed on 14.03.2022.

In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer to decide the revision finally after hearing the parties on 14.03.2022.

The Sub-Divisional Officer shall pass the judgment on or before 22.03.2022.
