The allegation which the applicant is facing is that in support of the application seeking appointment as Technical Instructor, he enclosed an experience certificate, which according to the prosecution is false or fabricated. 2.

The applicant has attended the police station in compliance with the condition of pre-arrest protection. 3.

The certificate which according to the prosecution is false or fabricated is with the police. The applicant has not drawn any salary pursuant to the appointment and it is common ground that the applicant is terminated.

Considering the nature of the accusations and the material on record, custodial interrogation does not

The applicant has no adverse antecedents.

Nothing is shown to indicate that the applicant is a flight risk.

The pre-arrest protection granted vide order dated 15.01.2021 is made absolute with the only modification that till the filing of the charge-sheet, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
