Pursuant to the notices, original claimants have put in their appearance. They are represented by Mr. Chopde, Advocate. The State is represented by Mr. Damle.

When this application was taken up for consideration and after an opportunity of hearing was given to the counsel for the claimants, he submits that he does not have any objection for condonation of delay. In view of the said statement and after having perused the contents of the application on affidavit, this Court is satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Office is directed to register the appeal.
