The learned AGP placed on record the order dated 23.2.2015 vide which all the applicants are directed to be reinstated and 25% of the back-wages are being paid to them. Insofar as the employees who have attained the age of 60 years are to be treated as superannuated and 25 % of the back-wages till the date of their superannuation will be paid. However, undisputedly the actual amount of back-wages are not paid to them.

Mr. Pathan, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondent on instructions from Mr. S.G. Dhavale, Executive Engineer, Irrigation Project, Wardha, makes a categorical statement that the part of the back-wages would be paid within a period of one week and the remainder within a period of one month from today. We, therefore, grant time till 6.5.2015 for
