After hearing both the learned counsel and after perusing the detailed reply, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr.Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the learned counsel is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons for its dismissal.
