This application is filed for condonation of 50 days' delay caused in preferring appeal against judgment dated 14/9/2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli in Special Case No.26/2015 whereby applicant came to be convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 read with Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
