Heard Advocate Shri Muzammil Hussain for the applicant.

From the perusal of FIR and was filed by Police Station Frezarpura, Amravati before the Sessions Judge. It is clear that applicant has received Rs.3,45,000/- on the promise to provide employment in MSEDCL. He prepared false and fabricated document for that purpose. Hence, custodial interrogation is necessary. Hence, he is not entitled for anticipatory bail.

The application is rejected.
