The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 to pay the gratuity and the amount payable towards leave encashment, to the petitioner.

Shri Kukday, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4, states on instructions that the respondent nos.2 and 3 would be releasing the amount that is due and payable to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. It is stated that no dues are found against the petitioner and, hence, the amount that is liable to be paid, would be released.

By accepting the statements made by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, that would be binding on the respondent nos.2 and 3, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
