Shri Palshikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that despite taking serious efforts to ensure that the petitioner should give instructions in this old matter, that was filed in the year 2001, the petitioner is not responding and has not contacted the counsel. It is stated that in the absence of any instructions about the status as on today, the learned counsel would not be in a position to work out the matter.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
With the disposal of the writ petition, C.A.W. No.44 of 2016 also stands disposed of.
