Shri A.R.Patil, learned advocate for the respondent has placed on record receipt dated 28th November, 2017 to show that the amount receivable by the petitioner along with interest is paid to him. It is submitted that the directions given by this Court by the judgment delivered in Writ Petition No.6013 of 2014 are complied with and it is prayed that the proceedings be dropped.

Accepting the submission made by the learned advocate for the respondent, in my view, the notice issued to the respondents by order dated 1st March, 2017 is required to be discharged.
