He submits that in view of filing of charge-sheet he wishes to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial Court. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to applicant to file bail application afresh before the trial Court in view of the change circumstance i.e. filing of the charge-sheet.
