Learned Counsel for the Respondent no.1 states that the Respondents have not withdrawn any amount deposited by the Appellant-Acquiring Body. Having gone through the impugned judgment and grounds raised in the Appeal memo, Respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation deposited by the Appellant-Acquiring Body on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) to the effect that the amount will be refunded with interest as specified by the Court, in the event the Appellant succeeds in the matter. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
