The parties have settled their inter se dispute amicably.

The respondent states that she does not wish to prosecute Miscellaneous Criminal Case 143/2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandrapur and that the said criminal case be disposed of.

In view of the averments in the application, which are supported by solemn affirmation, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause - B, which reads thus : "B.

Issue the Writ of Certiorari or appropriate Writ Order or direction to quash the Misc. Criminal Case No. 143/2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandrapur (Annexure-A)".
