The appellant is convicted in Special ACB Case no. 13 of 2001 against which this appeal is came to be preferred. The appellant is seeking direction to the office to file paper book and for grant of early hearing. 3.
It is submitted that the appellant is of 66 years old age, and therefore, his request is for early hearing. 4.
Office is directed to prepare paper book and file the same within eight weeks. After filing of paper book, prayer for early hearing, will be considered. 5.
Criminal Application stands disposed of.
