I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed :

(i) The appellate Court shall endeavour to decide the MCA No.31/2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

(ii) The interim order passed by this Court dated 24.01.2024 shall remain in force till the decision of the appeal.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
