Heard.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the first information was lodged against unknown persons. On the next day morning, wife of deceased lodged report. There is no injury to the complainant though she has stated that she was beaten. Learned Counsel further submitted that there is no material evidence against the accused. Hence, the applicant is entitled for bail.

Learned APP has pointed out that one Rajesh Dandawar was injured in the incident. He has stated the specific role of the applicant. The complainant/wife of deceased also stated about specific role of present applicant. She tried to save her husband. She was beaten. Her statement/report cannot be disbelieved at this stage. Charge sheet is filed.

In the result, the application is rejected. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
