Heard Shri F.T. Mirza, learned Amicus for the petitioner and Shri D.P. Thakare, learned Additional GP for respondent Nos. 1 to 8, Shri D.S. Jagyasi, learned counsel for respondent No. 14 and Mrs. M.R. Chandurkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 138.

As name of respondent No. 14 is already removed from the list of institutions which have not complied with Court order, application is misconceived. It is accordingly disposed of. No costs.

The learned Amicus submits that as per his perusal of records, respondent Nos. 27, 71, 106 and 116 have not given registration number of vehicles being used by them/ children studying in their Schools.

The learned counsel appearing for these respondents are not present. The matter was passed over

240118cao39.18 twice earlier, hence we excuse their absence as it is already 04.29 PM. However, the concerned counsel shall give those details to this Court within two weeks with an advance copy thereof for use of learned Amicus.

Similarly, respondent Nos. 6 & 8 shall also arrange to give those details to this Court independently. 6.
