Learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out that in the judgment dated 02/01/2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No.734/2023, inadvertently in paragraph No.2 it is mentioned as 'anticipatory bail application' instead of 'bail application'. Similarly, in paragraph No.9(ii) it is wrongly mentioned as 'in the event of arrest' which needs to be deleted and 'the applicant be released on bail' instead of 'be released on anticipatory bail'. 3.

The corrections are typographical in nature and will not change the nature of the order.

In view that, paragraph No.2 and 9(ii) be corrected and the corrected judgment be uploaded accordingly.

The application is disposed of.
