Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the FIR as well statements in the police papers. It is clear that there is no allegation against the applicant about the actual assault by a weapon. Hence the following order:

ORDER

Rule is made absolute in terms of the interim order dated 12th January, 2015 made by this Court. Mr. Upadhye, learned counsel undertakes on behalf of his client, that the applicant will not enter the boundary of Amravati town till the charge sheet is filed. This order be communicated by the concerned PSO to the complainant.
