The applicant is seeking relaxation of one of the condition of bail directing him to attend concerned Police Station.

The condition was followed for last seven months. In the circumstances, we do not see any reason to direct the applicant to continue his attendance at the Police Station. In view of that condition of attendance is hereby cancelled. The applicants shall attend only as and when the Police requires theri presence on written intimation. 4.
